Contribuisci feedbackI was overcharged at drive through but given a receipt for the correct amount and I was told there was nothing they could do about the extra charge even though they could see the amount on receipt was different from the bank charge. Such dishonesty.
Service with an, is that everything? Nothing quite makes you feel like an inconvenience as a customer than an order taker clearly trying to rush you through and not even listening.I asked for a sausage, bacon and egg sandwhich meal, they say is that everything? I say no, I 'd like my meal with a tea. Is that everything, no I 'll have a steak and egg biscuit meal, is that everything? No I 'll have a hot chocolate. Did you want any sides? Well they are both meals. Ok here 's your total (price didn 't change, and I wanted to add more but they didn 't want more money for their overpriced food) Get to the window, try to charge me for the wrong order, have to clarify they are both meals. Guy gets annoyed that I 'm adding stuff at the window, takes an extra couple of minutes. Get home, order was wrong. I guess that was everything cause I ain 't going here again, go to the McDonald 's, sure they 'll park you but they got better service and they get your order right.
Luxury perfume and soap store. Buying anything there is quite an experience.
What a terrible experience!! I stopped here to grab some lunch. Although it was a little busy, I understood that there would be a small wait. Surprisingly, the line moved quickly. I placed my order and was told that it would be right up. After waiting 15 minutes for a simple order, and many people ahead and behind me in line receiving their orders, and drive thru customers receiving theirs, I asked where my order was. I was told it was deleted. The food prep girl was asked to make it for me right away. She said yup no problem and kept making drive thru orders. 10 minutes later, I 'm still waiting. A supervisor asked me what I was waiting for. I told her and she told the prep girl to make my order right away. Again she says yup, no problem . She kept on making drive thru orders. Running out of time on my lunch break I left without lunch, hungry and frustrated, and $10 less in my wallet. Incompetence at it 's best!!
*Edited November 27/2023*One worker, Cheryl treats the younger staff like cr*p. I've seen this a few times before bringing it to my review. It makes for a very uncomfortable experience when you're waiting to order and having to watch one employee talk down to another on the regular. To the rest of the girls, you're still doing great!Felicia and Brittany are the best! Whenever they serve me my coffee is always perfect, donuts properly packed, and always friendly service despite it being so early. Afternoons/evenings are hit and miss.... the express location is better then. Mornings if you want good coffee make sure one of these girls serves you! Great job girls you two make that Tim Hortons!
