I am confident they will continue to be successful. The rooms were comfortable, although a bit on the smaller side, they were perfect for us. The bathroom was also small but adequate. Unfortunately, the wifi was spotty and unreliable. This could be quite frustrating, but after a long day of driving, I didn't spend much time online anyway. The guesthouse was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I would even go as far as to say it was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel. Our server was friendly and very helpful, and she even had the delicious lemon cake that we enjoyed with our breakfast.
I recently dined at the hotel restaurant and had a perfect experience. The food, service, and chef were all excellent. I enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and they were all exceptional. I recommend checking their hours before planning a visit as they are not open for dinner every day of the week.
We didn't stay at this hotel, but we had breakfast here on our last day so we could spend time with the relatives we were visiting. We remembered how great it was when we last visited 3 years ago, and it was just as good this time. I had the special with lots of fresh fruit, and it was delicious. Our waitress, Patricia, took excellent care of our group of 6, and we can't wait to come back again.
After checking out menus and prices of a variety of restaurants in town we decided to eat in the hotel we were staying at, which is quite nice by the way. To say the service was slow is to give turtles a bad name. It...took over 45 minutes from ordering until the food arrived, and at no time did the wait staff come by to top up our drinks. A basket of bread arrived 30 seconds before our main meals. The food itself was quite good. I suspect that their season hadn't really started and that perhaps as a result their might not have been a fully staffed or prepped kitchen.
