Steers - Carletonville

We ordered takeout from the restaurant and requested a full mild chicken that was cut into 8 pieces. Unfortunately, when we got home and opened the takeout, we discovered that we were given a whole uncut chicken that was hot instead of mild like we had ordered.

Didn't have stock of menu item, so manager failure... but staff kindly contacted me for replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was poor overcooked chips, might be from yesterday...

Terrible staff, unhelpful manager, rude cashiers. Tired kitchen staff. Cashiers seem to be blind because they cannot see you, so they don't help you .Worst fastfoood place I have ever been to. Food was disgusting too and didn't even get my whole order. Disgusting place and have no respect for their customers . All the staff have the same attitude, which is stuff you and I will attend to you when it suits me.Horrible place

Good day, May I just say that this branch is the worst place to order food from. My husband and I ordered now for the third time from them and all three times they have left something out from the order. They keep on missing items such as chips and drinks. I urge any one not to use this store till there is new management that knows what they are doing. A rating of one star is to much for such poor service. Calling the store wont help ether as the manager is not available to respond to your problem.

The restaurant was bustling with energy, but I received my order promptly and with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
