Didn't have stock of menu item, so manager failure... but staff kindly contacted me for replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was poor overcooked chips, might be from yesterday...

Terrible staff, unhelpful manager, rude cashiers. Tired kitchen staff. Cashiers seem to be blind because they cannot see you, so they don't help you .Worst fastfoood place I have ever been to. Food was disgusting too and didn't even get my whole order. Disgusting place and have no respect for their customers . All the staff have the same attitude, which is stuff you and I will attend to you when it suits me.Horrible place

Placed order at fish aways...meal for 2 for R99 which included coleslaw and creamy lemon sauce extra for R10....the teaspoon of slaw (picture as proof)was put ontop of my rice and the creamy lemon sauce was something between cottage cheese and rubber....

Good day, May I just say that this branch is the worst place to order food from. My husband and I ordered now for the third time from them and all three times they have left something out from the order. They keep on missing items such as chips and drinks. I urge any one not to use this store till there is new management that knows what they are doing. A rating of one star is to much for such poor service. Calling the store wont help ether as the manager is not available to respond to your problem.

Bad service, really bad. When a client is told the food will take 30 minutes to prepare and deliver, waiting an hour is not acceptable. Only 2 kitchen staff at the busiest time of the day, not good for business. When we got our food, it was lukewarm and needed to be warmed up in a microwave which makes the lettuce and tomatoes wilt.
