Contribuisci feedbackBefore a week over justeat ordered. call the restaurant afterwards to advise the nutritional requirements recommended by the app. the personal was ridiculously unhelpful, in a degree never experienced (and we eat a lot) as a family we have. food from bluerare ordered a few times back years and never had a problem with allergies. they said they had to cancel and so I agreed to cancel the entire order and ask for a refund. according to the app the order was never canceled and the food delivered. the food was not delivered and also not my refund. the restaurant will not answer her calls now and in the absentness of a single social media page I have no choice but to leave a review. if a refund does not appear within the next week, my only recourse will be small claims. the amount they try to keep can be only £33, but I ask how many others have held them. if it had not been for the fact that they were so unhelpful, I would probably not have been looking for the refund and they would have escaped. I hate to leave bad reviews online, but this restaurant has left me without choice.
So I was a bit comprehensible that our meal would not be good after I read the latest reviews. I am glad that this was not the case! first, the service was good, the personal was friendly, but rather young and without. to sound, maybe a little inexperienced, I think that is where the negative reviews come about the personal?! the eating was excellent, we were a group of 8 and we all really enjoyed our meal! there was a lot of it, it was well cooked and tasty! we were served pretty fast and the food didn't take too long to get there. a few of us had dessert, that again, was delicious! I would say all great worth money! the setting is beautiful (and very local for me, so this is practical! I will be back in any case!
I was there with friends yesterday, I live near, she was hungry. she ordered the food and I ordered ice cream because I wanted one coffee and one dessert. from the approach, the personal looked strange or amazed faces, because I only ordered ice cream. then they only brought me 2 draws, and when I pointed out that the menu 3 draws said, I was told that I misunderstood the menu, although the menu clearly draws 3 and the price indicated. I guess my foreign accent allowed them to lie or simply not be apologetic. I would not say that eating was amazing, personal awkward, rude, not professional and possibly nationalist. would recommend nsver to each of my friends again
Today I ordered a well-made steak. the delivery was fast and error-free. in the future there were no wobble rings, which did not harass me too much, but that was at best tepid. I didn't bother me again. which has disturbed me that every mouthful steak was full of sinus and cartilage. I gave up after two mouths. I thought the best thing I would do is to call the restaurant instead of complaining about social media. the setting of the manager michelle was amazing! I sent photos of the meal and immediately accused her to lie to me and said it was not wrong with it. I could overhear the chef in the background, like a navvy. at the end she said she would send me a picture on the steak before she cooks to prove me wrong? which restaurants make before cooking pictures of every dish? defends the believe! avoid them at all costs!
I have nothing but praise for my meal tonight. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the steak pie was delightful. Even my five-year-old daughter enjoyed her meal. We were served generously, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
