Warwick Fish And Chip - Carlisle

I had the worst chicken kebab ever! The chicken was dry and overcooked, and the salad was wilted and not fresh at all. It felt like everything was old. I’ve been visiting Warwick for years, but I won’t be returning to this place!

I've always loved dining here, but my last two experiences have been very disappointing. The portion sizes have decreased while prices have increased. The chips often taste reheated, and the batter on the fish was soggy. I’m afraid this will be my final visit. In these challenging times, I had hoped for better. I'm really let down.

The food was nice, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. I waited nearly two hours for my delivery. When I tried to call, the staff was rude and seemed eager to get rid of me. I truly couldn't believe what was happening. By the time the food finally arrived, I had already ordered from a different place, so I sent it back. I tried to explain the situation, but they wouldn't listen. At this rate, I worry they might not stay in business much longer.

Cold pizza, cold undercooked kebab, chips are missing, not even worth looking, let alone eating. 1.45 hours to deliver... On the plus page, I asked a refund without any questions. Keep them down or get new owners

If I could give a 0 I would!! We stopped going a while back for various reasons but it was going well again until tonight! My part of the order was wrong and after 3 phonecalls to sort it, it finally came 1 hour and 15 mins after the original order came!! The man on the phone, assume he was the manager, was awful and so rude!! Will not be returning!!!
