Contribuisci feedbackAwful service, rude employees, hours are whatever they feel like for that day. Worst Subway I've dealt with. We tried going to this location to avoid the SS locations, but now realize the SS service is far above and beyond this ridiculous and rude place. The owner should strongly consider hiring new staff. Or, if this is actually how the owner chooses to operate their business, they're in the WRONG line of business. There are enough complaints on here, the owner clearly knows there's an issue but doesn't care to take any action. I will happily spend my money elsewhere, and I hope all others do the same.

Let me start off with. Mistakes happen. I totally understand. 4 mistakes on 1 order with only 3 sandwiches, cookies and drinks and a chip is excessive! The final reposnse I was given by the 17 year old Manager on duty tonight was We 're teenagers. 1st mistake was my sandwich was charged as a 12 inch, but made a 6 as ordered. I asked how that happened. The young lady at the window said,. well we write your order down and hand it who makes them. Ok, so why was it wrung up wrong by you who took my order? She responded with that she can 't do refunds and it would take 2 days for management to do it. They could just just make the other half. I opted for my sandwich to have the other half made, because that was the only option at this point. I get my order and I drive away. Then I find I 'm missing my son 's cookies. So, I call and let them know my husband will come pick them up soon. I get home and my husband 's chips are missing and a drink ordered with no ice has ice. At this point I call again. I 'm pretty frustrated now as I explain my situation. The young lady on the phone says, well you can come back and get the stuff. As I proceed to ask her who the manager is she says it 's me. Ok, Manager, please tell me why if you 're there, you were not advised when I needed a refund at the window? Also please tell me why this many mistakes were made with 1 order? She stated she didn 't know because she was somewhere else. She had answered both my calls so I can assume she was by the phone. The said manager wouldn 't accept responsibility for the mistakes made. Didn 't offer an apology, only offered for me to come get my stuff or a refund that would take days while saying it was her family 's business and 1 of them would have to do it. Please tell me why you have people (in this case teenagers) working that have no ability to fix issues/mistakes as They make them?? This reflects very poorly on your business. My husband was given attitude by the manager upon pick up of our missing food as well. Please train your employees better interpersonal skills and PLEASE stop having your 17 yr old daughter be a Manager .If you want your order done right, drive to the next Subway.
The gal and her son that runs this place are rude. Last time I was in, I was the only person there. The Son was making sandwiches that someone ordered online. He said several times in a 10 minute stand that he would help me in a minute. After 15 minutes I decided to leave and go to Fizz's. Never will I step foot in this Sunway in Carlisle again.
I guess my review is going to upset some. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LOCATION. I am from out of state, so I have only been here twice. The first time was a few months ago, and then again today. Both times I was served by “the older lady” (as some call her). She is an absolute sweetheart, and reminds me of my own mother. She is always polite and always smiling. Now, don’t get me wrong, I was raised to RESPECT my elders. I speak to her as I would my own mother with “yes ma’am, no ma’am, please and thank you ma’am”. She, as with all humans, is very receptive to kind words and a calm, respectful attitude. I know that she is a perfectionist by her attention to detail, and checking everything twice… which I appreciate. People need to understand that people with anxiety and perfectionism can “seem” rude in their ways, but it isn’t the case at all. Please give her a break because she is out here killing it in the food industry. I admire her for living her best life. Thank you Subway lady for your impeccable and upbeat service. Me and my puppy appreciate you.
