After I have to wat for my food at the drive through they just give me this. Where is my fries really????

Awful McDs inside a gas station. I sure hope the freestanding one up the road is better. I waited over 10 minutes for a single happy meal that I ordered via the app. This awful place priorities the drive thru in a huge way. No one looked at the screen where our order was located for at least five minutes. They certainly made sure however that the curbside, drive through and door dashers had their orders though. So if you're going to go to this awful place, do anything but order via the app for an in-store pickup and you probably will not sit there and rot inside the restaurant like I did. An order is an order, no one's order is more important than anyone else's.... Stop prioritizing the drive-thru and take care of the orders as they show.

I may have looked a little scraggly and unkempt today? I ordered my meal and a small drink at the kiosk, and asked for my small drink while I wait, the lady told the young man “no give him that cup! (The water cup” I thought it was a drink cup so I got my drink she said “Sir! If you want a drink you need to pay for it that’s for water!” I politely told her I paid for it and she realized her mistake and apologized profusely. It sucked to be judged like that, but credit where credit is due, she seemed to have felt remorse for the mistake, even gave a free pie and upgraded my drink to a large.I appreciate any business that owns up to their mistakes and are accountable.

Typical McDonalds lately, order from kiosk, few workers, food took awhile to get.

You would think with the price you have to pay for a medium hot caramel macchiato at $4.19 plus tax that they would at least make it where it's drinkable and hot. Doesn't look anything like the picture does. Do better. Seems like every time I order a coffee from them it's like false advertisement. I've probably gotten one out of five coffees right ever that I've ordered
