My Daddy's -b-que - Carlsbad

I'm a bbq guy, but not from here, so, I seek out bbq... they're barely open an hour and I ordered a rack.... the girl HID yesterday's ribs underneath... my dog chewed on it for ever.Never again.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place took 40 minutes to get my food ready and it tasted like and looked like the brisket was microwave. Also, she did not wait to put the food in the Styrofoam because the styrofoam was melted from the food.

I tried calling from 6 PM onwards, but there was no answer. It seems they’re doing so well that they don’t need my hard-earned money. I won't be returning; they've lost my business. Just to let you know, I did leave a callback number.

The food tasted great. They have an awesome spicy mustard based bbq sauce that was so good I had to buy a whole bottle off em.

The service here is friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere that you expect from a barbecue joint.
