Segovia Meson - Carlstadt

This is the worst service I have ever experienced! There were only two other tables in the entire restaurant. My wife's food was salty and our server never came back to check on us. Another server brought us coffee with no sugar, so I had to get up and ask for it. I also had to ask for the check, and the host or manager told me they would bring it in a minute. After waiting an additional 5 minutes, I had to ask the bartender for the check. The host/manager then yelled that he was bringing the check, but another server, not the one who served us, actually brought it. We were paying with a gift card we thought was for that location, but the gentleman stopped us as we were leaving and said we couldn't use it there. If we had known how terrible the food and service would be, we would have gone to the other location. We live just 10 minutes away, but we will never visit again. If I could give zero stars, I would. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about our awful experience. Thank you for asking about our visit. I work in the hospitality industry myself, and I wish you luck because you're going to need it.

I ate at the bar and the service was excellent, from the bartender to the owner. My hat off to the chef, I had the Alaskan Halibut in lemon capers sauce and it was delicious. Thanks for a great experience ????

Delicious food, perfect atmosphere for a gathering with friends and family.Not busy during the week like the main restaurant down the street.Prices are alittle on the higher side but the portions weren't small.The staff was very nice aswell.

This is the best restaurant in the area! The owners, Jose and Monica Rodriguez, are wonderful. I went there for my mother's birthday and my entire family was treated with incredible care - we felt like we were part of their family! I will definitely be returning!

We adore this restaurant! Segovia has become a regular spot for us to dine at after stumbling upon it by chance one day in the area. Miguel is fantastic, and he is a big reason why we return nearly every weekend. The food is consistently delicious. Our go-to dish is the Paella. I hope this restaurant continues to prosper because the food and Miguel are truly exceptional.
