Masala - Carmarthenshire

Delivery service was great on time and food was hot. Decided that food was good so ordered again whilst staying in Llanelli. Portions were of good size and tasty.

Order on just eat and waited over 2hrs 30mins for the meal, after ringing the establishment there was no explanation to why.. just the driver was on their way, i will never give these customer ever again.

My family of 4 dined at this restaurant on a Saturday evening. We all found the food delicious and felt it was reasonably priced. The owner was friendly and accommodating. Despite what other reviews mentioned, we were able to pay with a card. The restaurant was not very crowded, but it was early in the evening. However, the takeaway section appeared to be quite busy.

I ordered takeout for delivery from this restaurant. The food itself would have received 5 stars, but unfortunately our starter was missing. When we called to inform them, the person on the other end of the phone accused us of lying. I don't appreciate being called dishonest and as a result, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

My family and I placed an order for delivery and waited for two and a half hours. After my partner and son went to the restaurant to collect the food, the delivery arrived at our door. We had contacted the restaurant three times during the wait, only to be told it would be 5-10 more minutes each time before they eventually hung up on us. It took 2 and a half hours to receive four curries, chips, and rice. I will never order from this place again and do not recommend it to anyone. It would be quicker for me to make my own curry, rice, and chips for 47 pounds.
