The New Curiosity - Carmarthenshire

So we have tried a few restaurants in carmarthen since we moved here last august. this must be one of the highlights so far. good selection on the menu over the board to start, netze and gloom. the dishes were full of taste and good...we couldn't believe that the portion sizes, do not definitiw one of these restaurants where they go to the house and the refrigerator raid. no hurry, we were there for over 2 hours, all in all an excellent experience and well done to the chefs and before the house staff. in any case a visit up, maybe Sunday dinner?

A word. amazing. eating was from this world. the staff was helpful and friendly and could not do enough for them. we traveled from neath, because my brother in law recommended the new curiosity, and it did not dissapoint. highly recommended. You're not sorry. I can't wait to go back. Thank you and see you soon.

We ate here at this weekend for a family celebration and it was excellent. the restaurant was so helpful that I could discard some balloons and table decorations on the day before and made a fantastic work that made everything in my order. When everyone arrived for our booking, the table looked amazing and my family was very touched by the effort that the restaurant had gone. we had three courses, and each one of us enjoyed themselves very much. they know that eating is good when a group booking goes quiet when they eat! huge credit has to go to the chef. the staff was helpful and attentive, without being intrusive. we had a fabulous evening, excellent eating and felt well looked around. I can't recommend the new curiosity very much. book a table, they will not be disappointed! we will definitely come back.

Brilliant night, great eating and drinking, nice friendly atmosphere and perfect front of the house team. top job. we will definitely go back soon and this is without doubt the best place to eat in carmarthen hands below.

What a great find, our first time visiting but not the last as this is now my favourite restaurant. Plenty of choice on the menu, struggled to decide as it all sounded beautiful. Food arrived presented beautifully and tasted absolutely incredible, I had the chicken...and I’m struggling to find any faults. Staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming, a small restaurant but worth a visit.
