Donatos Pizza - Carmel

The wait was quite lengthy. It seemed like phone orders were prioritized over our table. When the pizza finally arrived, the thin crust had a texture and taste reminiscent of cardboard. While the edges were somewhat burnt, the rest of the crust felt undercooked. I ended up just eating the toppings.

The pizza was undercooked, and the lady refused to make another one, insisting that it was normal. I will never return here again.

I ordered a personal pizza with four toppings and some breadsticks, which didn't even taste good, and they charged me $20.00. The pizza was really small, and there's no way it should cost that much. I will never come back here again.

The staff were super friendly and the puzz was great! I couldn't get the app to work with regard to the credit info so Iost my 30% discount.

This location does not deliver its own food. They outsource it to DoorDash and unfortunately Dashers do not have the proper pizza carriers to be able to deliver the food without it arriving cold. Disappointing and a waste of money to order delivery. Iunderstand staffing is currently difficult for employers but at least communicate that you're outsourcing your delivery. Ordersomewhere else for delivery.
