Manager who was on staff sunday march 10 at 11:30 was super unprofessional. i called and asked if the cinnamon sugar bagel had sesame in it because i am deathly allergic to it. i was just told that it was a plain bagel with cinnamon sugar, she did not check ingredients. had my boyfriend call and he told the lady there was an allergy so she needed to check the ingredients, however she said she was the baker and she makes them every morning and knows what is in them, and whenever she was asked to check she refused. he asked to speak to someone else but she said she was the manager and there was no one else to talk to. i am deathly allergic and would love to have piece of mind, instead i was being refused the time of day to check. she ended up hanging up after the fourth time of my boyfriend asking her to actually check the ingredients.
