Great customer service!!!! Ordered catering online for my daughter completion and entered the wrong date. Called the store and was immediately corrected as well as wondering if all contingencies and toppings could be on the side. Ready. Order was picked up and given everything I asked in comfortable containers. Well done Jimmy John's Clay Terrace!!!!

My order was left at the wrong door. I stopped by and these guys took care of the sand that was made without complaints in record time. They sent me home with a bag of chips so nice crew. The location was also very clean and well kept.
