La Margarita - Carmel

The food at this restaurant is excellent, but unfortunately, the service is terrible. I even left a tip, but it didn't make a difference.

The nachos were really delicious. We got them with birria beef and the toppings were flavorful and evenly spread out.

Whenever I visit Sun King, La Margarita is always my top choice. The ingredients are consistently fresh and the birria tacos are the best I have ever had!

We ate here while at the Sunking brewery. The nachos were wonderful! It was plenty for sharing and had lots of toppings, including guacamole and cheese on the chips. They were crunchy and had good flavor. We also had the queso and it was great! Great flavor and seasonings. Went perfectly with our outdoor dining experience. It was nice get our food and have a choice at the venue. Their tacos were tasty too! Highly recommend!

We had a blast at Sun King! What a cool place to have a beer and hang out. If you have kids this is a win win. Ping pong tables, billiards, porch swings, and a big grassy area where a number of kids were running around playing football and soccer. Lots of dogs!! Lots of options for seating outside, upstairs outside, inside to provide whatever vibe you’re looking for. The beer is awesome. We didn’t try any food but there are several options. It’s cafeteria style and the food that came out looked amazing! Highly recommend
