Rosati's Pizza - Carmel

We have a little pizza from Chicago and it was amazing. Would get it back. We also have a spinach tomato bread. It was good. It could have been a bit more back time, but it was still good. We were very happy with our food

Have Rosati 's Deluxe (aka Garbage Pizza tonight. It was excellent-juicy, perfectly boiled thin crust, ready for picking exactly on time. The average size was just the right one for two. Small shop, clean. Good service.

Edit review by fast response - thank you. That's all I wanted to... confirm someone that we get a refund and explain why there's a problem nice and apologise. That's good. I know these are hard times to get help. We were very disappointed when we placed an online order, paid for it, then an hour later only appeared to say that no one could make pizza. The door was actually locked. The only worker there is apparently not trained. I talked to the manager on the phone and she couldn't provide any evidence of a refund. She also seemed very frustrated. My thought is that if you can?t make pizza it should be a way to view closed on the site and NOT take peoples money. Now I have to worry that a fee will not be undone and I have to call my credit card company. I know there's a lack of workers, and I don't want the guilt of those who show up, but that's really unacceptable. I asked for contact information for the owner, but they would not deliver it so that I write this review, hoping that the person responsible will read it and make sure it does not happen again. It is a bad customer service and puts your employees in a bad position.

We ordered baseball games in Carmel, Indiana after a long day. We were able to track our order every step of the way and it showed exactly when it should. Although the stuffed crust pizza was something on the expensive side, it was worth the money. I've never seen so much care to go to a delivery pizza. It was handy gift packed! It was fantastic! We will be back in the area in a few weeks and we will definitely order again! Good job!

Pizza was cold and a complete mess. $40 for this. I did not ask for contact-less delivery but nobody notified me. It was left on my front porch. I will never order from them again.
