Wendy's - Carmel

I visited this restaurant a few times hoping to enjoy their cookies and gravy before work, but both times, the lid on the takeout container wasn't sealed properly. As soon as we opened the bag, gravy spilled everywhere. On our last visit, it even leaked out into our vehicle. On the upside, they do serve good food, but the mess and lack of attention to detail with the lids will likely keep us from returning for breakfast. I'm disappointed.

I called the restaurant on E 86th Street, The Carmel, to ask how late they are open, but I was put on hold not once, but four times! All I wanted to know was their hours, and it was quite frustrating. By the way, they only serve chicken sandwiches, which is good to keep in mind.

Exactly there, this was served at the cold coffee in the drive thru and when I mentioned that it was 5 minutes to make more. hath browns also cold and no serviettes given in the pocket. asked for reception and was said, no and windows smiled. had to park and enter to demand the reception that was finally given, but when I came home, they had to demolished the identification information required for the complete collection. apparently I should have read the Eigelb reviews, as this appears the norm on this location and wendy 's should consider removing the management. would give zero stars if

My wife and I ordered two dietary coke. they were disgusting and not drinkable. we went in to bring them back and we were met by the rude anti-personnel with a attitude and resistance. the manager came out and said he would refund the purchase on the card. he wrote it back as cash and we contested the purchase with our bank. Although a little under five dollars may not seem like a lot to some, he stole our money and his hired was rude and rolled her eyes and would not help. the manager knew exactly what he did and should be fired and be accused with a small theft. this Wendy’s is an example of why they don’t go to wendy. I liked wendys and went to this place, never again. attitude at a time when they should properly treat customers and a manager stealing.
