The artichoke was unexpectedly sour and the burrata was not fresh and lacked flavor. The only positive aspect of this restaurant is the courtyard. However, I would not recommend this place. Save your time and try out other places that are more deserving of a visit.
This Italian restaurant is very charming! The outdoor seating area gives off a real European vibe. Inside, the atmosphere is cozy and adorable, with many pictures decorating the walls. I absolutely loved their pizza! The crust, sauce, and toppings were all fantastic. The pizza was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture of it. You can tell that everything is made from scratch! It paired perfectly with a chardonnay. The garlic bread is included in the photo.
This place has a nice and cozy Italian ambiance. We ordered a Garlic Bread, Calamari Fritti, Truffle Mushroom Pizza and Tiramisu. Their garlic bread was one of the best I’ve ever had and the Tiramisu was a delight. Also, if you’re a vegetarian there aren’t a lot of veg options here so you ask them to skip meat wherever possible.
Went here a couple times when I was in Carmel for the golf tournament. Really enjoyed the wine bar both evenings. Was there for the happy hour one time. Lots of delicious small plates and tasty vino. Our server who we named jersey, provided us with excellent service. I highly recommend this place for a good time.
Had my birthday dinner here tonight. Ernestino was our server and did a fabulous job. He took his time spreading out all the courses for a delicious experience. Loved the pasta and homemade sauce. The atmosphere was old World Italian. Highly recommend.
