Dunkin' - Carmel Hamlet

This is one of the worst Dunkins I've ever been to. The service is extremely slow, sometimes the wait at the drive thru is 10 minutes even with only one or two customers in line ahead. My order is wrong most of the time and the staff acts very annoyed when asked to correct it.

I visited Dunkin' Donuts in June 2022 at 7:00 PM and had the pleasure of speaking with the most courteous employee. He had blue eyes and an afro, and he was incredibly attentive. This polite young man made my day and served me the best drink I have ever had from Dunkin' Donuts. This location could use more workers like him.

I waited in the drive through the line for about 10 minutes to find out that they only accept credit cards. I asked the man at the window, if there was a cash machine in him: yes. So I parked and pulled out money, approached the inside counter and the woman standing in register said they had only commanded the drive through. I came back to the line, just to wait for another 28 minutes, because I was caught in a series of cars. When I finally came to the drive through ordering window, I had to wait another 15min. don't go to dunkin!

It was good. The team leader lady is always so kind. What an asset for the business.

Today, I ordered a large ice cream with toppings and sweeteners, but the coffee was extremely burnt and made me very ill. It was so bad that I had to stop driving because my stomach hurt so much. I didn't even finish a quarter of my meal. I called Dunkin' and a friendly person answered the phone, asking me to leave a review so their manager could see. I hope they check their coffee and cream quality because other customers could get sick. McDonald's coffee has never affected me this way.
