Coffee Shop - Carmi

My coworker and I eat at The Coffee Shop frequently. All of the food is good. The prices are reasonable and you will receive friendly service.

Best beef Manhattan ever ? I drove from Albion Illinois to get a couple full orders.used bring my clients in there years ago one was a 100 year old man!!

On our way to Garden of the Gods from Indiana, we stopped by Carmi for food. I initially thought this place was just a run of the mill coffee shop, but I was surprised to find that this was a full blown restaurant. Not only was it a full blown restaurant, it was a dang good one too. The waitress was an absolute sweetheart. Prices were great too. Only costed me $30 plus tip to feed a group of three. And I gave them a Ulysses S. Grant because the service was phenomenal. I haven’t mentioned the best part yet. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I really enjoyed Carmi, and we will be back if we are back.

Great restaurant, good food, friendly atmosphere and great service. Just wish they were open on the weekends. Would recommend this place to everyone local and traveling.

Dietary restrictions: Just had all my teeth pulled the waitress was able to recommend plenty of soft foods
