Pizza Hut - Carmi

This restaurant is genuinely the most unprofessional place I have ever visited. Half the time I try to call, I can't place an order because they either can't deliver or are out of items. The last two times I went in, all five employees were sitting in the lobby, chatting and eating, completely ignoring the phone ringing. I hope the corporate office sees this because it urgently needs to be addressed, either by bringing in new staff or shutting down the location.

I really appreciate the friendly staff every time I visit, and the delivery is always punctual. The food is consistently excellent. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard!

This is a great spot to grab a quick bite. I particularly enjoy the Black Forest ham and cheese. Their pizza is delicious as well!

The workers are so nice and friendly and always go out of there way. The food is always hot and fresh and delivery is always on time

The service is disappointing. Every time I call for delivery, it takes nearly two hours for my order to arrive. I won't be ordering from them again—this is really frustrating!
