I was very disappointed with the behavior of the attendant at the ice cream shop, with her characteristics: short height, bleached hair, big eyes, chubby, fair skin (I added the characteristic because I don't know the name). Me, my granddaughter and my cousins went for ice cream on Friday 11/18/2023. When paying, I asked to fill my granddaughter's water bottle. A young brunette serves her, very attentive and affectionate. He asked this attendant with the characteristics described above to fill it up because she was busy serving us...simply, both she and we were surprised by the lack of companionship and rudeness...that was the answer: I'm not going to fill it up because I'm not in the counter, you are the one at the counter. I was leaning against the counter and seeing that the girl was busy serving us and adding up our bill. Apart from the embarrassment of the co-worker that was visible, and the lack of education, ethics, professionalism and companionship. It was ridiculous and embarrassing to act on behalf of this attendant... with pale skin and bleached blonde hair. A great environment to be with the family, but the older attendants at home need to be more friendly and polite to customers and to new people who arrive to work, looking for an opportunity like they once had. This tarnishes the environment and denigrates the image of the establishment. Owners be careful... because you will never know if you may be receiving someone from the department: quality seal/ interview/ inspector/ or even tourists. Be careful not to enter the list of poorly managed establishments or due to a lack of cordiality. Here is my tip and complaint.
