Raya's Pizzeria - Carnegie

So today I decided to order with the other women I work with and whenever I got my first hoagie, it should be just steak and cheese. I called and told the guy who answered the phone and he was extremely rude. I asked about my money back and he said there were no returns, but could make me a new one. when I came to get the one on the photo, it was burned and the best of any steak, what ever and the guy on the front needs fired! very unprofessional and rude! I will never ever order from this place again, and I will turn to the peculiarities of this facility to let them know! don't cry here her money! my biggest complain is how the guy treated it and how unprofessional and rude he was! better. it takes 0 effort to be friendly! and if they screw up the order, they fix it right! make it right where people want to come back instead of pushing it away, then they lose the business! update! it was the owner of the facility, who treated people on this wise! I'm literally lost for words! as owners they have to man better. wow was blown away at this point.

Pizza was okay. we were told 1 hour, pizzas came 1:41. it was warm not hot, we are 2 miles away. it wasn't worth waiting. they weren't very helpful when we asked for control.

Rayas is outrageous. I have lived in carnegie my whole life, my friend, whom I order from here once twice a week. Today we called to put a command for 24 wings! if we can ask them to share the aromes they told us that we get two dozens instead of 24 wings to share the aromes. if 24 wings on the website says $24 instead of they want us to calculate $6 more dollar to do 12 wings share the aromes, a dozen wing of rayas that says there website is $15, I am not understand what the big thing, me only 24 wings for the price there is website showing, I am not sure whether they lazy or just try to load me for 2 styrofoam containers. I'll never be one I'm never going to be here again. rayas is disgusting there website shows false ads I will never order from them again, they have lost a good customer.

Not bad. mostly food service products, not made in the house. the customer service was good and the place was clean.

Good pizza and crust. Just moved to the area and found my new pizza place. The staff is super nice. Good prices and great delivery service
