Maria D's Sub Shop - Carney

As much as I hate to give bad reviews, I must. I have had food here multiple times and I’ve always thought the food tasted average. This evening, I decided to try a Stromboli and I was very disappointed that I wasted gas and almost $15 on what was not fully cooked. Upon arrival, the staff was standing around eating as I waited for my food. As I walked out, I was wondering why the box didn’t feel hot like fresh food was inside. To my surprise, the Stromboli was warm around the outside, very cold and uncooked in the center. It was not good at all. Full of sauce and not much meat as I picked through it. I called and the friendly lady said she doesn’t know why it wasn’t hot but did offer an apology. No further explanation. Needless to say, as hungry as I was, it spoiled my appetite. I can’t go back!!!

Never disappoints! Very nice staff, our go to pizza spot here in parkville.
