Little Caesars Pizza - Caro

I was disappointed with my pizza at this restaurant - it was mostly crust with minimal toppings. The meal was for dinner and cost between $1 and $10 per person.

I absolutely adore the pretzel pizzas at this restaurant! I ordered take out for dinner and the service was excellent. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect 5 rating from me.

This is the worst Little Caesars I have ever visited. I will not be returning.

Today, I called to place my pizza order at Caro Little Caesars due to them messing up my previous order for the second time. The manager offered to include a free crazy bread and a 2-liter of soda as a way to make up for the mistake. However, when I called to confirm the order, the manager on duty refused to honor the offer. I have a tomato allergy, so I always order my pizza without sauce, but they still put it on. After a frustrating conversation with the manager, I asked for a corporate number to file a complaint, but she claimed there wasn't one and that she was the only manager I could speak to. I insisted there must be a way to report issues and finally, she agreed to make the pizza, crazy bread, and give us the soda (though I suspect they tampered with it). We have decided to stop patronizing Caro Little Caesars. It is unacceptable for them to repeatedly mess up orders and for the manager to lie about a corporate complaints line. They need better-trained employees who can accurately fulfill orders and handle customer complaints.

Whenever I order a pizza from that place, it always ends up burnt. Do they constantly have new staff or something?
