Dunkin' - Carol Stream

Worst place, argues with you on how you would want you’re coffee. Disrespectful and ignorant workers never coming to dunkin again

Seemed chaotic, but it shouldn't' have been. As an update I had to stop here four years later and this is still a bad location. They had no knowledge about their new coffees and the one I got the hazelnut Heath Rob was just a lot of milk and some creamer. And not a very generous portion either.

I can’t understand the people that work here. Plus they always give the incorrect ice cream. Last time they gave ice cream that tasted freezer burned. : I was so looking forward to having some. This is NOT Jamocha Almond fudge

I ordered 4 croissants stuffers and 1 plain bagel the croissants were cold on the inside the bottom was soggy and the bagel was not toasted, I did call the store and after I explained the person said to combat and they will toasted everything and he hung up on me, I did call back and told him that I was already on the expressway on my way to work and he said the same and hung up again !! Poor costumer service the food was supposed to be prepared the right way on the first time!!! Not coming back to this store !! maybe this is the reason this store is not that busy on rush hour, there is line off cars on any other store on army trail heading east to I355

My only complain is with the cup holders. Could you please invest in better cup holders. I've had several incidents as I'm arriving home and one of the coffee cups tips over.
