Contribuisci feedbackA hidden gem! We arrived at 8:45 PM, just before closing, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They warmly welcomed us to dine in despite their closing time being at 9 PM, and they stayed until 9:30 PM while we finished, providing outstanding service throughout our visit. The entrees were large, perfect for sharing between two people, and the fries were fresh—definitely no stale fries here! We also ordered four beef samosas, which were both authentic and delicious. Unlike many places, these weren’t overloaded with just onions and no meat; they had a nice balance. They paired wonderfully with a cup of chai that we requested. I can’t get over the excellent service, and I truly hope this place thrives. I also noticed their catering menu, which is quite affordable compared to larger, more popular Middle Eastern and Mediterranean restaurants. I will definitely be returning!
I wish everyone who wrote positive reviews could experience truly good food. My wife and I ordered two wraps and a soup, and it took 40 minutes for them to serve us. We were the only customers in the restaurant (if you can even call it that). The food was bland, and I ended up with a stomachache afterward. Next time, I'd prefer to eat at McDonald's rather than return here.
To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. When I spoke to the manager about my awful food experience, we ended up arguing for 30 minutes over the phone, and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. All this just to defend the restaurant, while I was left with bad food and poor service. J Beez, you've lost my business and my recommendation for good. In response to the owner's comments, just because the food is classified as Turkish doesn't mean it should lack flavor or be treated unprofessionally. How is sharing an honest review considered bullying or harassment? My right to free speech allows me to express my genuine experience. I have dined at many restaurants, and not all of them have been good; not all have been bad either. I have always paid full price for my meals, and as a customer, I have the right and responsibility to provide an honest review. It seems this establishment struggles with accepting honesty and constructive criticism. I'm not going to write a falsely positive review just to appease anyone, especially when such reviews seem to be common online. It's curious that the owner is so troubled by my single negative review when there are plenty of good ones as well. Why does my bad review bother you so much? Additionally, my reviews of other restaurants do not make my experiences with yours any less valid. Anyone who appreciates genuine reviews can see that. If anyone is bullying or harassing, it seems to be the owner of this establishment.
Delicious. The chicken sandwich was fresh, hot and crispy. The veggie combination was exactly what I wanted. Great quality food with attention to detail. As someone with gluten intolerance it’s hard to find something that checks all the boxes but this really did. We ate in and I would recommend that as well. Don’t sleep on this gem!
Clean, fresh and tasty food, very friendly staff, well priced, will come back with friends!
