Wendy's - Carol Stream

Excellent team member on the drive-thru counter. Polite!!! Courteous!!! Sadly this seems like a rarity these days.

Always cold fries.. I just wish the food was as good as the pictures make it seem.. I believe it's because the employers could care less. Funny how when they eat there lunch I bet it's hot fresh

Customers need to be careful my husband throw up because when he was drinking his coke something came up of the drink and the straw was damage. Need to see the manufacturer or careful when they open the box ? of the straws don’t use a knife.

Food was decent. Service a little slow. Atmosphere okay. I like the Wendy’s on Kirk road, Geneva more.

It’s not often you get food at a fast food place that actually looks like the food that’s advertised. Today, during the lunch rush, I received the most perfect looking and delicious burger and fries from this Wendy’s. Also they ran a very quick and efficient drive through.I’m impressed. You guys killed it!
