Good place to grab a vegan tofu burrito or jackfruit tacos

Nollie’s menu was out of date when we were there but the waitress was happy to explain everything to us. There were quite a few vegan options. We got the chips and guac with some beer as an app and then moved on to some tacos. There are 3 options that can be made vegan for tacos. There’s a tofu taco (caution slightly spicy), a black bean taco (you can do whole beans or refried), and a jackfruit taco. We tried all three! Something to know about the bean taco the menu says it contains cheese but it is a vegan choice, this is because their menu is outdated and it no longer contains cheese. Just be sure to specify if you are concerned. I got the bean taco with refried beans and this was my personal favorite. Will definitely eat at again!

The restaurant has three vegan taco options, and I chose the marinated tofu, which is what earned this review a three-star rating. I also tried the vegan rice, but it didn't meet my expectations. It arrived cold and was overloaded with cilantro—much more than necessary. In the end, I couldn't bring myself to eat it. Unfortunately, everything was served cold.

I tried the tofu and jackfruit tacos, and the tofu taco was fantastic! The jackfruit taco was also very good. This is an update from my previous review on March 27, 2024.

Definitely a cool place to eat at Pleasure Island! Decor is interesting and the power is bright and cheerful. Tacos were very fresh and were a good size. The place a star since they actually charge for water? a bottle of water. The session was limited to being so prepared. Overall, did I eat here again? tacos were really so good.
