Bojangles - Carolina Township

This particular Bojangles has fresh great food but its customer service is not aligned with the good food. I have been here 3 times within a 3 week period, and every time I ask for a 2/3 piece breast dinner, they give me thighs instead of breast, it’s like they don’t know the difference between breast or thighs and if they don’t it makes you wonder how they were trained.

Horrible all the way around, rude cashier, filthy store, undercooked fries, dry biscuit.

They were out of chicken sandwiches. How do you run out of the one thing you sell? Imagine if McDonald’s ran out of burgers??

I ordered 22 biscuits for our office and had excellent service. I am handicapped so they carried the box out to the car for me!Parking: Both handicap parking spaces were taken but no one in the dining room made me wonder where the handicap people were. I was able to park right next to the marked handicap parking so it ended up being fine.
