Cicis Pizza - Carolina Township

I recently had a birthday party here, for my 2 year old that ended in horror. From a bug that was found in our salad to food poisoning through out the party. My 2 year old was sick almost the moment we left. The whole ride home he was covered. I called the store to have the owner call me to figure out what we could do and I have not received any calls I’m beyond frustrated and pissed. What was supposed to be a memorable moment turned into horror. Update: I filled out the questionnaire thing on the website that was suggested to do and as of a week today. I have still not received any phone call or anything very concerning and disappointed.

The pizza and food are decent but honestly thr best part is how involved the manager and workers seem. I feel like they work hard and try to make it thru a rush cooperatively. Made the mistake of coming in on a Saturday at lunch and it was packed but the manager on duty was very attentive to the bar and pitching in.

This cicis really takes the time works hard! Pizza buffet is always loaded with fresh hot pizza! Everyone is happy to help! as always so delicious.

Just came for lunch. Have been to this location many times with my family of four, and now without any information of change of price, our normal total of about $35 max is costing $47. Ridiculous. Will be going elsewhere.

Good morning! We always go to Cicis with my family and we like it, but Sunday was the exception. When I arrived at the place, the Cashier treated me in a very rude way! I told him that there were 8 of us and if I could have 7 sodas and a glass of water and he responded angrily that he was going to charge me for the glass of water at the same price as the soda, which he wouldn't think was free and I responded that it seemed unfair to me. I have been in this country for many years and it is the first time that they treat me that way and they want to sell me a glass of water! I told him the problem is not so much having to pay but the way he offended me in front of so many people! Then when I was waiting for the pizza with my son because there was almost none, everything was empty, we saw how that same person was treating the workers badly and yelling at the workers. It seems unfair to me that they are not treated with respect. They were doing their job. The problem was the amount of people that was a lot! Please, I would like the owner to do something so that this lady treats both the clients and those who work there with respect. Happy Day
