Longhorn Steakhouse - Carolina Township

We came in to have a nice dinner, and while we were there better very nice server they took order the kitchen seemed like it was probably going to be a little bit backed up because it was very busy... And when our food came out incorrectly...ie the bone-in outlaw, and a 9 oz flows fillet both speakers medium both came out extremely well done which isn 't an issue because it can be fixed... But my God the hatefulness that came out out of that man 's mouth that came from the back heavyset fellow looks almost 40 rough around the eyes with a reddish toned beard he said he was a manager Major or Mason was his name and from our seat near the bar we could hear him cursing in the back just a very unprofessional response to a kitchen mistake...¯⁠ ⁠ ⁠°⁠ ⁠o⁠ ⁠ ⁠¯ weird place

It was delicious and a nice experience. I came in hungry and left a little too full and happily satisfied.

Let me start this off by; do you know how pissed I have to be to leave a review!!! I want longhorn to stop with the lamb chops if they’re not going to hire the proper staff for the lamb chop season. Just add the lamb to the entrees so everybody don’t flock at one time and the service is terrible. I sat at my table for 15 minutes without silverware . When I went to ask the host for some; she told me she couldn’t get me any and my server would bring me some. I even tried to get plastic . bless his little heart he was running around he didn’t realize I didn’t have any. As someone who has worked in the service industry for many many years, ran restaurant’s , there is no way a host just told me they couldn’t get me silverware or attempt to grab me some.3 host standing there! not mention just to add a little razzle dazzle to the their terrible service they had the nerve to not tell me to have a goodnight . Lol they actually turned their backs when they saw me leaving. How are you mad at me because your service sucks!? I do appreciate the manager being apologetic and trying to fix the situation. Long story short I will just add another 30/40) eat downtown closer to my home for lamb chops! Seriously ridiculous.

All of our food was delicious and our waitress was amazing!

I didn’t get to even eat the food we went for the lamb chops. It was a group of 6 and sadly to say they didn’t have any. We tried to order wings for appetizers and sadly to say they didn’t have that as well.. so we gladly paid for our drinks and left the restaurant.. I think the front should let the customers know in advance before having the wait 35-40 minutes to sit at a table and than to be disappointed with the food not being available…
