Mcdonald's - Carolina Township

This McDonald's location is the worst I have ever visited. The service is terrible. Even when it's not busy, the staff is slow. They consistently get simple orders wrong and charge different amounts for the same items. The kitchen is dirty and the staff engages in inappropriate conversations. I highly recommend avoiding this location.

This restaurant review is very negative. It appears unprofessional when the general manager and an employee are seen smoking and laughing by the front door while customers have to back up in the drive-thru to trigger the sensor because the employees inside are not attending to or ignoring the drive-thru customers.
