Moe's Southwest Grill

One can almost never go wrong with Moe’s. I just don’t like walking in and not hearing the words, “Welcome to Moe’s!” I feel as if I’ve been cheated and that my meal should at least include a complimentary drink for such a disastrous greeting. —— this pretty much never happens. The interior could use some dust and cobweb control though. Just look up while you’re sitting down and you’ll see.Kid-friendliness: My kids love Moe’s. The food is decent, the restaurant is disgusting. Nothing feels clean, floors are dirty, tables are dirty, and every piece of furniture is falling apart. Order takeout don’t sit down and eat. Also can you turn the music down??

Personally the atmosphere is just as good as a moes is, but the food and service at this moes is great. The employees are friendly and always make the burritos exactly as they should be. I've never had a bad experience and even if I did that happens, but this place just kills it everything, to the point I drive out of my way here with my family because the moes in Simpsonville is consistently awful.

They didn't welcome me to Moe's and they didn't have the blackberry chipotle sauce they've been advertising as a seasonal salsa. :(They also didn't include the poblano crema that I added in my mobile order. I but the burrito bowl with ingredients to match this new sauce. The least the could have done was inform me that they were out of it and offered a substitute; if not a free cookie. The employees were apathetic and the food was mediocre.

I ordered food from the Moe's on Haywood ave and the manager was so rude I couldn't believe it. So I usually order the taco bar. I ordered the fajita bar this time and it was so small. Over $200 for barely any food. Plenty of chips and tortillas of course but everything else was sparse. I guess that is what it is but I didn't realize so I called admitted my mistake and asked if he can get me some more chicken and rice and a few more condiments. He demanded my cc and of course I was going to pay for the extra food but god he was rude! He was extremely rude and would not let me Finish a sentence and hung up on me. I order from there a few times a month. NEVER AGAIN. I have been in the restaurant business my whole life and no matter what have never treated someone so poorly. He told me to go order from somewhere else. I guess I will and so will my friends The man has issues.
