Contribuisci feedbackWent this morning and placed a mobile order. Ordered a breakfast sandwich…. Was given a sandwich with the wrong cheese and no egg. Went back through the drive through to get the corrected item (it’s a $6+ sandwich) and was told they ran out of egg… lol so trying to pull a fast one and just expect me to drive away and not realize my breakfast sandwich didn’t have eggs…..and made with the wrong cheese… such inappropriate action on their part. This was made up for by the shift supervisor then refunding our order but still can not believe instead of saying when we got there that they couldn’t make the sandwich as ordered they tried to just pacify something else. Very disappointing. The supervisor who refunded was very nice and understanding I will say that.
This is the dunkin stop the gas is cheap the building light makes look like from the latex70s the building in nice shape the coffee is great whenever I take my kids to Maryland from southcarolina we aways stop here the Manger is nice I known here 7 years she so nic3 that she give my kids and me and my wife free drinks stop here the gas is cheap
0 stars, Im a dasher and had the worst experience ever in my 40 years of life with customer service! I went to pick up a order, needless to say girl working was chatting with another worker however when I said im here for doordash pickup she asked for the name in order without checking or time to look, she immediately said that order was already picked up. Needless to say if you are a dasher only one person is assigned! This person would not even hear me out on only one person is assigned and if it was picked up by accident it still needs to be made. As well as the order she claims that was picked up had coffee, my order didn 't have anything except for coffee. I said can you check your system again. Nope she said before walking away rudely and immaturely stated look with your eyes, theres no donut holes ! Let me say I held my composure went to the exxon part told them everything, manager for dunkins apparently wasn 't there. I went back over after contacting customer to verify that she had nit received her order especially the one with no coffee asked for substitutes and this little blonde non working human proceeded tobe argumentative wouldn 't help and again refusedto check her system for the order. Had to cancel the order for my customer. Girl you get a paycheck from those paying customers grow up! She doesn 't need a job. Ive only experienced one or two caring workers there. Note: they are not connected to exxon who actually have a great customer!
WORST Dunkin experience! Pulled up to the drive thru and waited. My husband had to say something for them to acknowledge we were at the drive thru. We got our order, my croissant was burnt on the outside and cold inside. My husbands bagel sandwich was also burnt. We ordered hot coffees and received iced. It was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin to anyone!
This is the worst dunkin ever. They are dirty they never make a drink in a timely manner even when they aren't busy and it its always dirty even after they were inspected with many issues to correct. I usually wait months before going back in hopes they have their stuff together but it never happens. I drive way out of the way to another dunkin so I don't waste my time waiting for a drink that isn't even close to correct. I did use the app and order ahead still waited over 10 minutes for 2 ice coffees.
