Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

The classic Chicago sausage pizza is absolutely outstanding. I have a fondness for Chicago deep dish from time to time. When it comes to Giordano's and Lou Malnati's, I definitely prefer Lou's.

I used to really enjoy Lou's pizza, but it doesn't seem as great as it once was. It's still good, just not the best anymore.

I went to pick up my pizza and ended up waiting for 30 minutes in the store while listening to the employees being ridiculed and called terrible names by someone I can only assume is the manager. By the time I finally received my pizza, it was cold and missing half of my order. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

We paid $44.00 for a cold and black hair encrusted large deep dish pizza. I’m 7mo pregnant and I wanted a nice cheesy deep dish. We live 10 mins away and my husband got there 10 mins after the pizza was supposed to be finished. It wasn’t “finished” and he waited. The pizza came out cold and with a bunch of nice black frizzy hair. My husband is bald and I have brown hair. Disgusting. Disappointed. Feeling ripped off.

We order pizza on Sunday Feb12 it was my sun Birthday we have couple people invited pizza tast great, in the evening whoever eat pizza got sick our entire family was vomiting stomach pains it's feb14 and im still sick! we will never order again from this place!!
