This is the third time I’ve been to this mcdonald’s where they have messed up my mobile order. How hard is it to make a cheeseburger with just ketchup? I only come back here due to the convenience but now I will be driving an extra 10 minutes out of my way to a mcdonald’s that can make my stuff right. I hate to be a karen like seriously and I never leave reviews places but come on Now i’m just pissed off fr
Third time trying this McDonald's and every time my husband has to get out of the car while we're in the drive thru to go inside and get our food. First time, we sat in line for literally 12 minutes without moving. Second time, they were out of French fries. Third time, they gave our order to the car in front of us asked us to pull forward then never came back out. We will not be returning.
The man that took our order, and was at the first window that a young girl said his name was Tony… Someone give Tony a raise! He is the nicest McDonald’s worker I’ve ever met with such a positive smile ready to serve me with such a delicious meal, I don’t know if it was just because everyone was so nice but the food at this location was exponentially better than any McDonald’s I’ve ever had!
Evening crew often gets details wrong on the order. Make sure the screen has the details you're asking for. No onion requests have become Xtra onion inputs on my past 2 orders.
