The food is consistently good at this restaurant, and the service is usually commendable. However, tonight was a different experience. The cashier made me feel uncomfortable with her unfriendly demeanor, making me feel like I was bothering her. While she was quick and efficient, her attitude nearly led me to cancel my order and walk away. I only stayed because my family was hungry.

The food is great when it's served fresh. However, if you visit during slow hours or when the restaurant isn't busy, the chicken can sometimes come out lukewarm and dry.
