Taylor Street Pizza - Carpentersville

I've ordered from TS more than 25 times and have always been very happy with their food and service. Unfortunately, during the last 2-3 orders, the food has arrived only lukewarm, and the quality seems to have declined. In my most recent order, the wings were overcooked and dry, which surprised me since I wouldn't expect them to send something out that looked like that. A young lady mentioned she would issue me a refund, but the transaction hasn’t been processed yet. I just wanted to bring this to TS's attention to show them the quality of what they sent me.

You truly excel in the market! Your food is incredibly delicious, and your prices are unbeatable. We've ordered from you at least ten times, and the customer service is always outstanding. Your generous coupons and helpful staff consistently find us the best deals. I also want to highlight that we catered for my son's birthday a few months ago, and everything was delivered on time—everyone loved the food! Great job! Quick and dependable pizza of great quality! If you’re looking for a fast lunch or a quick snack, they always have pizza slices ready, and they’re usually genuinely fresh. If you ask, they can even make a fresh one for you. The delivery is comparable to other places in terms of timing, but overall, I prefer this restaurant over any corporate or big-name pizza chain.

There is a total absence of hospitality and accountability; no one even took the time to apologize. This has undoubtedly been my worst experience with this restaurant. As a loyal customer, I am truly disappointed, and I think the staff needs to understand the importance of respecting people's time and money. The woman who answered the phone was especially rude and could benefit from a reality check. This type of attitude is how businesses end up losing customers.

I've been coming here since I was a kid. You can get two slices of pizza and a drink for only $10—there's no place better!
