Booked my sisters hen weekend through Murtaghs bar. 14 of us stayed at carrick plaza suites for one night. On the run up to the weekend admin staff were very responsive to my emails and questions and very pleasant to deal with. On arrival all our rooms were ready for us and they were lovely spacious and clean. We’d booked two activities (cube and drag queen) finger food and evening meal as part of the package in Murtaghs itself. All very well organised with staff being very pleasant and accommodating throughout, food was fantastic and portions were large, great atmosphere in the bar real party atmosphere. Called in on Friday evening, quite early. We were passing through and needed a quick meal. We were made welcome, served quickly and attentively, and the food arrived in good time. Burgers, chicken gougons and fries. Nothing too fancy but beautifully presented and seriously tasty! We were all delighted. And, to make things even better, the bill was surprisingly small! Would definitely recommend.

My friends and I dined at this restaurant and the food was terrible. We all experienced diarrhea and vomiting later that evening. The staff were also extremely rude. I would advise against anyone visiting this place!
