I decided to stop by and order a spice bag. It ended up being just chips and chicken strips that were very chewy and overly salty. There were no onions or chili as expected. This was definitely the worst spice bag I have had in a while.

Based on my experience a few months ago, I ordered from this restaurant twice within a few weeks and both times received the wrong order, even though the item I ordered was on the menu. The first time, I stayed silent because the service had been good in the past and I thought it was a one-time mistake. However, the second time I called to inform them of the mix-up, I was met with hostility and rudeness by the staff member taking orders. They claimed they had never heard of the item on the menu and seemed to put in whatever they thought was closest without confirming the order. I had to show them where the item was on the menu before being told that it wasn't their fault because the owner wasn't there. It was disappointing to see that the staff taking orders didn't know the names of the items on the menu. I offered to come in and wait for the correct dish, but was told it was my fault and they couldn't provide a replacement. I was extremely disappointed and have not returned since.

I ordered the chicken chop suey with fried noodles, but what I received was mostly onions. There were tiny slices of other vegetables like carrots, broccoli, peppers, and bamboo shoots, but the dish was overwhelmed by onions. The noodles also had an excessive amount of onions, making up more than a quarter of the dish. This seems to be a common trend in Chinese takeaways - using cheap onions to bulk up dishes and increase profits. The taste was average, but the overpowering taste of onions ruined the whole meal for me. I will not be ordering from this place again.
