Very friendly and helpful staff, food was nice and very fast

The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive, quick with our order, and extremely polite. However, the restaurant is in dire need of a renovation as the furniture is worn or broken and the toilets are in terrible condition.

I had a great experience at this restaurant with delicious food and a friendly staff. Just a tip - be sure to ask for no sauce on the quarter pounder because it comes with it by default, which can get messy. This is different from McDonald's, where they don't automatically include sauce on the quarter pounder. Highly recommend. - Noel

The taco fries at this restaurant were the worst I have ever had. I never want to try this place again, as it gives me the shivers thinking about getting food poisoning. The food reviewers from YouTube, Facebook, or TikTok must be getting paid by the money munchers. Overall, the experience was horrible, horrible, horrible.

We decided to try supermacs as we were on holiday and had heard good things. We asked for 3’x chicken fillet burgers and 2 x curry and cheesy chips and were given the total wrong order! I rang them to let them know and was just argued with.. I was first cut off and then they left the phone off the hook and when I eventually got through they made me repeat the whole story again despite just telling the same person. Rather than apologising they claimed my partner had made the wrong order which he 100% hadn’t but obviously how could I prove it? So much for the customer is always right. Seems run by imcompotent people who cannot offer decent customer service. My advice is if you want to try here ensure you repeat your order numerous times just so they grasp it.
