The staff is friendly and pleasant to interact with, and the food is always delicious. Last night (Tuesday) I placed an order for delivery, but the tills were down so the order had to be taken manually, which caused a delay in processing. The person taking my order carefully checked everything, so I felt confident it would be correct. I was told that the delivery would take 40 minutes but after waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes, I called to inquire about my order. They checked the kitchen and informed me that it was just ready and would be arriving in another 10 minutes. The delay was attributed to a full house and only 3 chefs working. When the food finally arrived after 15 more minutes, the delivery person was extremely apologetic. I was happy to finally have my food as I was very hungry by then. Unfortunately, the soup that I had paid an additional €2 to have tofu in was missing the tofu, which was disappointing. The other dish was still enjoyable. This isn't the first time this month that I've had issues with the tills not working, which seems to be affecting their speed and efficiency. I am pleased to see that the business is doing well, but I would recommend that they address their technical issues and consider hiring more staff to prevent further disruptions. While I may still return as a customer in the future, I will be exploring other dining options for the time being.
We usually use the Ramen App to place our orders, as it provides detailed menu ingredients for each dish in a clear and informative manner. It seems the 6 before 6 deal has been replaced with the 8 before 8 deal now. I appreciate that even though a spicy dish may be featured on the specials menu, you can request it without spice, which is perfect for us. The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and flavorful, always ready for pick up at the scheduled time. Keep up the great work, Ramen Carrigaline!
