Stars Drive-in - Carrizo Springs

I always loved the stars in Carrizo! the food of the service and the family that belongs is the best!

Three times in the last weeks, the first time was great! Two times the food was fresh and they got my order completely wrong both times together with the burning of cheese sticks. The guy who took my order was very rude (dn?t catch his name)

Its a Sonic knock off, they tried to charge us twice for our ranch dressing, it was only .50 but still. They advertise best onion rings in town but if those are the best onion rings in town, that town doesn't have any good onion rings. 2/5 won't kill you but I wouldn't recommend.

Great experience overall. The food was fresh and good. Service was good. Food came out quick. AND food was bagged very neat and clean. I had ketchup, salt, napkins, straw, AND 5 individually wrapped hand wipes in my bag. They didn't miss a thing! Oh and a cute little garden in the front, tended to daily by the owner.

Normally when me and my family come to Carrizo, we eat at the same McDonald's or Sonic with the same experience same food. We always passed by Stars. This last visit, we decided to give it try. Boy oh boy, have we been missing out!! I love their onion rings! My kids really enjoyed their burgers, chili fries corn dog. The drinks were even better than Sonic! If you want more for your bucks, gotta check out Stars. The employees are nice friendly. We will definitely make another trip over, specifically for our tastebuds.
