Bad customer service. They’re not really speak English, don’t understand what customer order food. The food not bad but I order pork belly with no bean sprouts. They give me bulgogi, i ask them and they said that’s pork belly with no bean sprouts. : look the video i post, that’s Bulgogi lol. Wait for long time. Never coming back here. It’s was good. Got the cheesy buldak, corn cheese, takoyaki, seafood ramen, ra-bookki, honey butter French fries. If you can’t handle spice I wouldn’t recommend the items with fire symbols.Food: 4/5

It was my first experience at this restaurant because I was visiting the state. The foods were great, and the vibe was amazing. However, the customer service didn't meet my expectation. I had to call them to ask for every single thing like utensils and napkins although the restaurant wasn’t busy at that time. We ordered a lot and one of the dishes didn’t come out, but they still charged it in the bill. They also double charged one of the dishes even though we only ordered one. When we asked about it, they tried to argue with us like we were talking nonsense. Sorry but we weren’t that drunk to not knowing what we ordered.

We were looking for some Korean food on Monday evening after we were done with our store pickup at the H Mart. But it was already past 8:30 pm, most of the options inside were closed so we opted for 99 Pocha.This is a good place for Korean food. A small and cozy place with a nice patio seating arrangement. The atmosphere is good and so is the service. Always admire the service. The food was good and we have no complaints. The prices were reasonable as well and the portions were fulfilling. Not sure if we will be back here but will recommend it to others for sure.Special mention to the Kimchi Fried Rice which was the favorite for everyone in our group. Followed by the fried dumplings.
