Wonderful service and great wings! But unless you’re a penguin missing the North Pole than I’d recommend going else where. I had me heart set on the chocolate cake for dessert but couldn’t bare the temperature any longer. It may be a tactic to have people in and out but we’d plan to enjoy some drinks, appetizers, wings, wedges and dessert had it not been so freezing.

Sat at the bar, loved our bartender! She was so nice and even though we didn't stay long, the atmosphere, the t.v.s with all kinds of games on and patio seating available...and if you enjoy wings but of course) and variety of great beers ..this is the spot! Had a great time, thanks, we will be back!

Nice Buffalo Wild Wings. I called to place a take out order. The employee was very friendly and helpful over the phone. The wait to pick up was a bit long. The cashier was having trouble with the computer retrieving my order. He had to take the change out of a another order. He said, I normally don't do takeout orders. There should be a employee up front to greet guests and retrieve orders.

I've been here regularly for over a decade. Do I have my handles on this place? As any rule will tell you, there are things you hate about a place you often visit (including my own house). The men's room is a joke, but I'm accusing, not the store. The manager is there... Juan, Emma, Jen, CaSara are great and friendly. Really hard to find, not only help, but good help in the service industry these days. I have seen that all these managers burden their rolls to fill out where there was a need. As regular, I see when people have to go and wait 3 minutes to drink a drink and get frustrated, just know that the bartender / beard dress is likely in the kitchen to pick up food, or get more alcohol in the back. You don't know you're still here. I think the bartenders are very friendly and attentive. They'll come as soon as they can. Please be patient. Remember, you get the answer you want based on your interaction with them. If you come, if Carol, CaeSea or Potter are neigent bar, you are for a real treat. SUPER friendly, respectful and attentive. As far as food is concerned... I usually stand with the same stuff... Fried Pickles are excellent. The Southern Chicken Sandwich is the bomb. I see the bad reviews on the food here and all I can say is it hit or miss, but I think it's so with all the chains. Sometimes the wings are smaller, sometimes bigger, based on supply and demand, and everyone now feels the pinch. If you don't like anything, please bring it to a manager. You'll do it right! Conclusion: I always come back because the drinks are cold, the food is hot, and the staff is great. Unless something serious happens, I'll go on there as long as I live in this area.

The staff is always friendly and the service is really great. Eating here is always on point, but if something is not just right, make sure that the problem is solved. We've been eating here for about two years and we've always come back.
