Cathys Asian Fusion - Carrollton

If you want fresh handmade Chinese food then this is the place. It is NOT the typical Chinese food from a can like the others serve. The hot and sour soup is made fresh. The house fried rice is excellent. The beef is high quality and tender. I drive 30 min to get there. I will not eat any other Chinese as long as Cathy stays open.

Without a doubt, this is the best Asian restaurant near campus. Although it seems to be a bit understaffed (they're currently hiring for anyone looking for a job), the staff is incredibly friendly. The food is, of course, delicious. The only downside is that they don't offer delivery, but since I live nearby, that’s not a problem for me.

Cathy, the owner and chef, is incredibly friendly and attentive. She goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your meal. I've never experienced a restaurant where the owner does all the cooking and serving by herself. She's such a kind person, and the food is delicious!

This is the best Chinese restaurant in Carrollton. We have always been satisfied with everything we've tried here. I particularly enjoy the Sesame Chicken and Mongolian Beef, and the egg rolls are excellent as well! Cathy is a true gem!
