Jack In The Box - Carrollton

Jack n the Box is my personal favorite fast food in Carrollton. The food and drinks are good on every visit and the drive thru employees are so quick and friendly.

Very kind at the drive through. Nice staff. Good as advertised. Def recommend.

I went through the drive on 1.13.23 at 12:40. My order was given up and had to repeat it 3 times to the woman on the speaker. Every time she repeated it, it was wrong. Then she entered it incorrectly on the screen that summarizes your order. When I explained it was not correct that the woman argued with me. This is before I even pulled forward to pay. I made my order again and it began to contradict me and shout about the speaker. I canceled my order and went somewhere else for lunch. My office planned a lunch for approx. 75 employees and since J.I.T.B was nearby we had planned to make a big order for lunch. After telling my company office about the experience they have decided that JiTB would not be the place we have ordered, as the site dedicated representatives who do not seem to provide customer service without fighting with the customer when it was a simple journey through order.

This location is comfortable but never fresh. Mostly old and hard crusty things. I love Jack in the box usually, but this place has serious quality problems.

We moved in. The woman who helped us was very nice and helpful. I gave the atmosphere 3 stars because it was empty, but clean from what we saw. We ordered their new Munchies box, the lots of food and some other items for the family it was delicious?. We always go for the stuff to munch on Bec as they change their kind of bread for the bins we / family. Everyone has different tastes and pleasures so... Enjoy your or. Bon Appetite.
