I am still waiting for a response regarding my complaint about this location from September 11th. I cannot believe that KFC seems indifferent to the poor quality of food at this restaurant.

I ordered a 4-piece tender meal and a 3-piece tender meal. To my surprise, there was a chopped-up chicken patty mixed in with our tenders. What is going on? I'm at a loss for words.

I tried the Beyond Fried Chicken today and was really impressed! It was my first time eating at KFC in over seven years since I became vegetarian, and I'm thrilled that they have added something to the menu that I can enjoy. It took about eight minutes for my order to be ready, but I anticipated it would be made fresh, and it was definitely worth the wait.

I can't understand why they don't have a perfect 5-star rating! Whenever there's a minor issue, they resolve it quickly and effectively. The chicken was cooked to perfection, and the biscuits were fresh and fluffy! The management is fantastic, and the staff go out of their way to keep customers happy. The manager, Mazhar, is exceptional! Before giving a low rating, it's best to address your concerns first. That's what I did, and my issue was resolved immediately! This is my favorite KFC!
